1. Haldi Doodh (Warm Turmeric Milk)

    Fayde:

  • Inflammation kam karta hai
  • Liver detox karta hai
  • Body ko healing mode mein laata hai


Tip: 1 cup lukewarm milk mein 1/4 tsp haldi milaakar subah piyein.

2. Nimbu Pani + Shehad (Lemon Water with Honey)

    Fayde:

  • Body detox karta hai
  • Weight loss mein madad
  • Bowel movement regular hota hai

   Ayurveda: Nimbu aur madhu dono “agni vardhak” hain aur subah lene par metabolism boost karte hain.

Tip: 1 glass garam paani + 1 tsp honey + 4–5 drops lemon.

3. Bhige Hue Badam (Soaked Almonds)

    Fayde:

  • Dimaag ko sharp banate hain

 Ayurveda: Badam “medhya” (brain tonic) hai aur “vatashamak” bhi hai.

 Tip: 4–5 badam raat bhar bhigo kar chhilka hata kar khayein.


4. Jeera Pani (Cumin Water)

    Fayde:

  • Pachan kriya ko active kare

Jeera deepana aur pachan mein sahayak mana gaya hai.

     Tip: 1/2 tsp jeera ko 1 glass paani mein raat bhar bhigo ke subah garam karke piyein.

    Fayde:
